About the role
- Configure, implement, and commission Remote Intelligence Gateways (RIG) units.
- Lead design and implementation of complex SCADA systems.
- Coordinate large project teams and manage project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct high-level troubleshooting and system diagnostics.
- Develop and standardize SCADA protocols and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments for system integration and enhancements.
Requirements
- Demonstrated understanding of CAISO requirements for Remote Intelligence Gateways (RIG) units.
- At least five (5) years of experience with SCADA systems.
- Expertise in advanced SCADA software and technologies.
- Profound understanding of network architecture and cybersecurity.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Advanced technical writing and documentation abilities.
