About the role

  • Serve as the primary administrative and strategic partner to the President, managing complex calendars, priorities, and daily logistics
  • Act as a gatekeeper and trusted advisor, helping protect the President’s time and focus
  • Anticipate needs, identify conflicts, and proactively resolve issues before they escalate
  • Coordinate meetings end to end, including agenda preparation, briefing materials, action item tracking, and follow through
  • Manage communications on behalf of the President with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with absolute integrity
  • Support preparation for board meetings, executive leadership sessions, and high priority initiatives
  • Coordinate travel, expenses, and scheduling with precision and attention to detail
  • Partner closely with senior leaders and cross functional teams to ensure alignment and clear communication
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance executive and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant role, supporting C-level executives
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow through
  • Clear, concise, and executive level written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong judgment and the ability to operate independently with minimal direction
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, high trust environment
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and executive presence
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and modern collaboration tools
  • Experience supporting board of directors' meetings and executive leadership teams (Preferred)
  • Background in a growing or fast-moving organization (Preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, anticipatory working style (Preferred)
