Procurement

• Under general supervision and reporting to the to the Director of Operations, the Procurement Specialist is responsible for purchasing a high volume and variety of materials, supplies and services.
• Processes purchase requisitions in fulfillment of program supply chain plans and other procurement requirements.
• Ensures the timely and accurate placement of purchase orders.
• Coordinates all activities related to procurement of a commodity beginning with intent to purchase through delivery
• Analyzes the requirements of the commodity, including preliminary specifications, preferred supplier, and date commodity is needed
• Issues RFQ’s and PO’s and/or IDWA’s in accordance with company and government regulations.
• Solicits and evaluates proposals for the requested commodity
• Investigates and/or interviews potential suppliers to determine if they meet the specified requirements
• Advises team members or management on the appropriate supplier to be used.
• Negotiates the lowest possible cost for the commodity balanced against the optimum quality and schedule needs
• Implements purchase contracts that comply with company and government regulations
• Assures that the commodity is delivered on schedule, at the negotiated price, and meets the quality standards of the company
• Maintains timely control of orders, amendments, shipping notices, and other documents to assure accurate retention of records
• Coordinates appropriate methods needed to distribute commodity in a cost-effective manner
• Other duties as assigned.

• Track the flow of critical/hot parts through the suppliers manufacturing shop from the raw material phase, through manufacturing, quality, shipping and delivery to the customer.
• Proactively work with the supplier to monitor all parts to support On-time deliveries to our aerospace customers
• Drive actions to mitigate potential delivery delays by identifying risks, performing root cause analysis and development of recovery plans to bring shipments back in-line with customer requirements
• Create daily status reports and communicate actions and plans to all stakeholders with our customers, prime aerospace manufacturers throughout the day
• Monitor production operations and identify manufacturing process improvement opportunities
• Prepare presentations and lead meetings

Aerospace Delivery Assurance Specialist

• Coordinarás y darás seguimiento a una nueva plataforma
• Alinear negocio, IT y marketing para optimizar la experiencia de cliente en la nueva APP
• Realizarás la comprobación sobre el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos de red y de talleres a través de la plataforma.
• Comprobarás el cumplimiento de los procesos adecuados.
• Analizarás el reporte de datos de la información de la APP en cuanto a promociones, campañas y usuarios.
• Efectuarás todo el seguimiento del cliente sobre el programa hasta el establecimiento de estadísticas y datos.
• Tendrás contacto con proveedores para los beneficios del programa (chequeo de criterio de consecución de puntos de usuarios…)
• Establecerás la actualización del business case del programa a posteriori.
• Realizarás el acompañamiento a reuniones para avances de nuevos productos.
