About the role
- Work on a new set of cloud products supporting continuous testing and effortless automation for enterprise applications
- Interact with the community of engineers on Tricentis technologies (especially Tosca)
- Actively contribute to development of Tricentis products according to agile principles
- Responsible for requirements analysis, implementation, testing and other parts of the software development process
- Work in a self-organising agile team and help shape and continuously improve the process
- Develop valuable increments for the product using modern technologies
- Act as a lead: guide less experienced team members and act as a role model
- Ensure non-functional aspects (security, performance, scalability, reusability) and perform reviews for critical implementations
- Create implementation plans for user stories and challenge them on a technical level
Requirements
- 6+ years of profound software development experience in C#, .net
- 2+ years of experience as a senior or lead developer
- Deep knowledge and experience with React, Typescript, HTML, CSS and associated tooling
- Ability to architect APIs in line with industry standards
- Ability to plan larger implementations and integrate solutions into an existing code base
- Knowledge in Azure and Azure DevOps is a plus
- Experience considering non-functional aspects: security, performance, scalability, reusability
- Strong communication skills and ability to argue technical ideas
- Experience mentoring or guiding less experienced team members
