About the role
- Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and cloud applications through the administration, proactive monitoring, and timely management of incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into secure infrastructure solutions that support our organizational goals.
- Participate in projects and initiatives that support infrastructure lifecycle management, integration, optimization, and deployment of new technologies.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, industry standards, and security requirements related to infrastructure and cloud.
Requirements
- One EXPERT LEVEL experience in either cloud administration or Identity and access management.
- Working knowledge of resource provisioning, configuration, deployment, automation, and incident response within cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM), protocols such as SSO, SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell or Python.
- Understanding of Active Directory and Azure IAM environments.
- Knowledge of security practices to protect sensitive data and systems.
- Ability to develop automated solutions to streamline the IAM process.
- Demonstrated ability to foster innovation and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
- History of training and mentoring junior-level engineers in a global setting.
- Track record of implementing and maintaining infrastructure following the ITIL framework.
- Hands-on level experience with two or more of the following technology domains: Business productivity tools, DNS, MDM/MAM, Network, VDI, Systems & Virtualization, Storage, Backups, and Security.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a minimum of 5 years equivalent experience in IT operations or infrastructure engineering, with relevant industry certifications.
