About the role

  • Craft outcome-based value roadmaps to drive adoption and ensure technical alignment with customer business goals
  • Establish strategic checkpoints to review product impact and realign roadmaps as customer needs evolve
  • Capture and communicate success stories backed by business metrics and outcomes to drive retention and growth
  • Monitor customer health scores and implement preemptive action plans to mitigate retention risk
  • Collaborate with product strategy and account teams to gather feedback and identify product enhancement opportunities
  • Develop adaptable, high-value quality frameworks tailored to customer goals using Tricentis tools and testing methodologies
  • Define quantifiable KPIs to demonstrate Tricentis portfolio impact on client quality goals
  • Collaborate with Professional Services to provide tailored enablement, standards, and best practices for efficient adoption
  • Coach and mentor peers on industry standards, executive communication, and value-driven customer retention strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Master’s degree in the listed field would be nice to have
  • 8+ years of experience in architecting and implementing quality frameworks using Tricentis products portfolio and advanced testing methodologies
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting on quality engineering roadmaps and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Strong leadership, customer relationship management, and decision-making skills; proactive solutions-oriented approach
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in usage data analysis, KPI development, and value analysis
  • Excellent communication skills; able to articulate complex technical concepts and business benefits
  • Expertise in agile development and continuous integration/continuous development processes
  • Experience defining strategic direction and identifying new opportunities for impact amongst products and programs
  • Self-motivated and disciplined; ability to work independently with limited supervision in a hybrid work environment
  • Senior-level consulting experience within Fortune 5000 companies is nice to have
