About the role
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles
- Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates
- Work as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leadership
- Set up and refine hiring workflows and processes
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Requirements
- Native or fluent in German and French (minimum C1)
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, especially in Commercial, Operations, or Tech functions
- Experience in a fast-paced environment focused on the Swiss market is preferred
- Experience with ATS systems
- Strong organizational skills
- Professional mindset with a focus on long-term placements and strategic growth
