About the role
- Own the hiring process for critical technical roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, Product, Data)
- Proactively map the market to identify top-tier talent
- Work directly with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
- Use data to identify bottlenecks and improve time-to-hire

Requirements
- 3+ years in full-cycle tech recruitment (Agency + In-house mix is ideal)
- Native or near-native English is essential
- Ability to work NY / East Coast hours
- Strong understanding of technical roles and cloud infrastructure
- Resilient and proactive personality
