Accountant

• Prepares and submits contract invoices to CFBHN
• Serves as backup on county and various agency invoicing
• Prepare performance reports for the directors associated with the contract invoices monthly
• Prepare and update performance and future draws on units performed with CFBHN in their Cafe software system
• Maintain associated incidental logs
• Assist with doing the month end journal entries and monthly tasks associated with preparing the financial statements
• Serves as backup to Accountant III to scan deposits into the remote capture device
• Train and monitor activities and duties of Accountant III and Accountant I
• Assist with maintaining financial related policies and procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned
