About the role

  • Providing comprehensive legal support on all employment law matters within the company.
  • Working closely with business units, HR, and compliance teams to deliver legal advice on day-to-day employment-related issues.
  • Preparing and reviewing employment-related legal documents, including contracts, disciplinary regulations, notices, and termination documents.
  • Supporting disciplinary processes, onboarding and termination procedures.
  • Monitoring legislative changes to inform relevant teams of their legal implications.
  • Organizing periodic employment law trainings to enhance legal awareness across the organization.

Requirements

  • Strong academic credentials,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in employment law following legal internship,
  • Deep knowledge of Employment Law including litigation and strong understanding of legal issues and risks about employment process,
  • Fluency in oral and written English,
  • Excellent research and follow up abilities,
  • Analytical thinking skills,
  • Capable of multitasking,
  • Ability to manage stress and strict deadlines,
  • Excellent communication skills and good team player.
