About the role
- Providing comprehensive legal support on all employment law matters within the company.
- Working closely with business units, HR, and compliance teams to deliver legal advice on day-to-day employment-related issues.
- Preparing and reviewing employment-related legal documents, including contracts, disciplinary regulations, notices, and termination documents.
- Supporting disciplinary processes, onboarding and termination procedures.
- Monitoring legislative changes to inform relevant teams of their legal implications.
- Organizing periodic employment law trainings to enhance legal awareness across the organization.
Requirements
- Strong academic credentials,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in employment law following legal internship,
- Deep knowledge of Employment Law including litigation and strong understanding of legal issues and risks about employment process,
- Fluency in oral and written English,
- Excellent research and follow up abilities,
- Analytical thinking skills,
- Capable of multitasking,
- Ability to manage stress and strict deadlines,
- Excellent communication skills and good team player.
