About the role

  • Manage end-to-end operational, financial, and ad-hoc reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
  • Work closely with specific business teams to understand their data exploration and analysis needs
  • Collect, process, analyze, and report data from both internal and external sources
  • Build, maintain, and improve reports and dashboards using BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Write, test, and optimize complex SQL queries to support reporting and analytical needs
  • Manage and monitor data pipelines and workflows using Airflow or similar orchestration tools
  • Support the definition, tracking, and analysis of OKRs, providing data-driven improvement suggestions
  • Identify automation opportunities across reporting and analytical processes, and proactively implement scalable solutions
  • Develop data solutions in compliance with data security and regulatory requirements (e.g., KVKK/GDPR)
  • Document work clearly and concisely to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing
  • Conduct research and provide hands-on support for AI and ML projects

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably within large-scale or complex data environments
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills when working with complex data structures
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business requirements with strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Capable of independently managing the analyze-develop-test lifecycle within their area of responsibility
  • Experience working with regulatory or audit-driven data requirements
  • Experience with RPA or process automation tools
  • Proactive, results-driven, and highly motivated to continuously learn and improve
  • Experience in an e-commerce environment is a strong plus
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
