Coordinate with vendors, distributors, contract manufacturers, and external development partners for procurement, delivery tracking, and integration
Serve as primary technical point of contact for customers, deliver presentations, manage expectations, and lead negotiations
Develop high-quality engineering documentation and translate complex technical information into clear narratives
Host and arrange logistics for multi-party technical and business events (kick-off meetings, design reviews, FAT)
Assist/support field issues, including travel to customer sites if needed
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate technical and program risks; maintain detailed project schedules, management weekly reports, and dashboards
Responsible for launch plan and enablement, establishing goals and review metrics, and researching opportunities to innovate for customers
Support in-field test and validation of various UT systems and manage documents library (specifications, design packages, meeting minutes)
Requirements
Master's degree or higher in RF Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent experience
Specialized expertise in RF with strong understanding of RF/Antenna/Satellite communication systems
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs
Experience in satellite communications, telecommunications, or related hardware/software industries (preferred)
Native-level fluency in English and business-level fluency in Korean (written and spoken)
Proven experience in technical program management within a fast-paced, global environment
Experience with schedule tracking tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira
Strong business judgment, confident in front of customers, ability to dive deep into data, and strong written communication skills
Demonstrated proficiency in scoping, road-mapping, budgeting, business resource planning, scenario/risk management, status reporting, and metric development/tracking
Specialized expertise in other engineering fields (Hardware, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics) preferred
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without any restrictions
Okay to work 100% on-site in Irvine, CA and able to travel to customer sites if needed
