Design, develop, and maintain advanced, user-centric dashboards and analytical tools in Google Looker.
Architect and build the foundational data structures, reporting, and dynamic analysis capabilities for core SaaS metrics.
Perform ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Technology and Operations (ET&O) team to query, shape, and model data within cloud data warehouse.
Partner with ET&O team to prepare, clean, and structure datasets for use in AI and machine learning models.
Develop AI-driven predictive churn modeling to guide strategic customer engagement.
Partner with Sales Operations to enhance existing customer 360 and whitespace dashboards.
Requirements
5-7+ years of experience in a data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
Expert-level proficiency in SQL, with proven experience writing complex queries, window functions, and performance tuning against large, complex datasets.
Demonstrated mastery of a major BI platform (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI), with the ability to build sophisticated and user-friendly dashboards from the ground up.
Hands-on experience working with cloud-native data warehouses such as Google BigQuery or Snowflake.
Proficiency in a scripting language like Python (with libraries like Pandas, NumPy) or R for data analysis and automation.
Proven experience building analytics and dashboards specifically focused on customer retention and renewal rates.
Experience preparing and exploring datasets for AI or machine learning applications.
A strong understanding of business operations and SaaS metrics, with a proven ability to connect data analysis to real-world business impact.
