Mentor and support the career growth of your direct reports through regular feedback and coaching

Requirements
3-5+ years of experience managing senior analysts
2+ years working with healthcare data (clinical, billing, or both)
Proven ability to lead analytics initiatives involving cross-functional stakeholders
Experience in startups or scaling mid-sized businesses
