About the role
- Define and drive vision, strategy, and roadmap for Email, Collaboration, and Data Security products
- Anticipate market shifts, competitive trends, and emerging threats to ensure the product line stays ahead
- Align product investments with company strategy, revenue goals, and customer needs
- Lead product lifecycle from concept through launch, adoption, and iteration
- Prioritize and balance short-term deliverables with long-term innovation and platform differentiation
- Partner with Engineering leadership to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions
- Deeply understand customer use cases, regulatory requirements, and operational challenges
- Engage with analysts, customers, and partners as a thought leader
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive go-to-market excellence
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product management team and foster global collaboration
- Report to the SVP of Global Product Management and lead the Email, Collaboration, and Data Security portfolio
Requirements
- 12+ years of product management experience
- At least 5+ years in global leadership roles within cybersecurity or adjacent enterprise SaaS
- Proven track record launching and scaling Email Security, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Collaboration Security, or Cloud Security products
- Deep understanding of threat landscapes, data security, compliance requirements, and enterprise buyer needs
- Strong business and technical acumen and ability to translate complex technical capabilities into customer value and revenue growth
- Excellent leadership, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills
- Experience growing and performance managing distributed teams of 8+ team members while collaborating across global markets
