About the role
- Build empathetic and intelligent conversational AI agents that can automate complex, frequently used workflows
- Combine user empathy with product thinking to guide teams in solving problems
- Think on your feet, design systems, reasoning, and decision points with design and engineering partners
- Run tight feedback loops and align around measurable metrics
- Advocate for the user, build high-level flows, and proactively identify dependencies on other teams
- Aim for end-to-end, holistic multi-agent experiences and collaborate across teams
- Be the voice of your product area; inspire team members and stakeholders about roadmap and impact
- Conduct user research together with design colleagues and support enablement and GTM conversations with customers
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management (SaaS or B2B experience is necessary)
- Experience with conversational AI is a must
- Specific experience building AI agents that execute (semi) autonomously
- Strong technical acumen - able to understand and shape AI agent designs
- Maturity in managing stakeholders - leadership, external partners, and GTM conversations
- Great understanding of user behaviour and conversion metrics
- Ability to collaborate, identify dependencies, and navigate across multiple teams on complex projects
- Aspiration to be an excellent colleague and teammate
- Good communication and storytelling skills, to be able to consult technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Empathy and active listening
- Fluent communicating in English
- Candidate must be located on the East Coast (role requirement)
