About the role
- Support the ongoing operational activities (Deployment, Automation, monitoring) for our cloud hosted solutions
- Design, implement, and manage OpenSearch solutions
- Ensure that solutions are resilient, available, healthy, and performing well
- Work to continuously improve the overall customer solution experience
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Cloud Operations / DevOps projects
- Skilled OpenSearch or ElasticSearch Specialist
- Experience with container technologies, deployment and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm charts)
- Skilled in CI/CD pipeline creation and deployment of infrastructure as code in AWS using Terraform/AgroCD
- Solid understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS) including EKS, VPC, NLB/ELB/ALB, IAM, KMS, EC2 or OCI cloud
- Networking experience including OSI network layers, HTTP and TCP/IP.
- Experience in developing, documenting, and maintaining operational and security procedures and processes (Patching, Product Updates etc)
