About the role
- Provide excellent customer service in every interaction
- Use tools such as Salesforce and Slack to track information and communicate effectively with your team
- Troubleshoot issues and facilitate constructive exchanges between our customers and partners
- Manage a high volume of customer requests with confidence and ease
- Beyond support duties, you will also have the opportunity to develop commercial skills by advising our partner salons and helping them grow their business
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in French and English
- Knowledge of additional languages (Dutch, German) is a plus
- Detail-oriented while remaining efficient
- Well organized, able to plan your day effectively and meet your goals and targets
- Flexible availability Monday through Friday
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to taking responsibility
