About the role
- You are responsible for acquiring new clients, from prospecting through to contract signing.
- You handle first contact through field and phone prospecting. You proactively seek out new salons through various channels (for example, social media).
- You also support our new partners during their initial onboarding on our platform.
- Your target group ranges from small beauty salons to medium-sized companies.
- You explain our products to potential partners both digitally and on-site at salons.
- You record your activities in our CRM tool, Salesforce.
- Last but not least, teamwork is very important to us and you will be a key player in uniting and energizing the team!
Requirements
- A first experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory — your personality matters most to us.
- You communicate with empathy, are solution-oriented and always keep the customers' needs in mind.
- You have a competitive mindset, enjoy working in a team and celebrating successes together.
- You are your own energy boost: you are not discouraged by a "no" and maintain a positive attitude.
- You speak fluent English and French (written and spoken) — any additional language is a plus.
