Educate and coach salon owners and their teams on how to digitise their business, utilising the tools we provide them
Understand our partner's needs and identify the most effective training tools to create sticky engagement, making sure our Salons understand the full benefit of adopting our technology
Identify specific needs and pain points to eliminate the risk of unsuccessful partners, setting them up for success
Closely collaborate with Inside Sales and Field Sales to ensure new deals go live promptly and smoothly
Support existing partners that have completed their onboarding process with their queries, specifically working with our CX team on more complex cases or supporting the Retention team with recently retained partners
A product expert - being able to confidently educate our salon partners on the best ways to use the software and generate revenue from our SaaS enabled marketplace

Persuasive and resilient, you’ll advocate the benefits of the online world, and find the best tools to create excitement and commitment in our partners
You are comfortable with ambiguity, and like to deep dive into processes to find opportunities to improve ways of working
