• Implement, build, and nurture relationships with bank and fintech customers
• Shape and drive medium and long-term strategic initiatives and roadmaps with fintech and bank partners
• Identify and analyze risks and opportunities; create contingency plans and triggers to meet customer goals/timelines
• Lead, navigate, and advocate for customers throughout their Treasury Prime journey
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Relationship Managers, Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering to provide customer insights and advocate for product enhancements
