Requirements

  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity
  • Understanding of workers’ compensation laws and regulations
  • Claims adjudication processes
  • Bank reconciliation procedures
  • System-based transaction controls (e.g., stop payments, voids, refunds, recoveries)
  • Proven leadership and team management
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
