About the role
- Perform basic analysis, development, testing, debugging, and configuration
- Conduct incident investigation, documentation, health monitoring/alerting, and implement based on user or system design specifications
- Work within guidelines set by team to independently tackle well-scoped problems with oversight from more experienced engineers
- Participate in troubleshooting, conduct impact analysis and escalate appropriately
- Seek opportunities to expand technical knowledge and capabilities
- Collaborate with team members and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in work experience
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.; company does not sponsor H-1B, TN, or Forms I-983/STEM OPT for this role
- Two years of programming/development experience preferred
- Experience with MERN stack
- Experience with developing, analyzing, configuring, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, documenting, and health monitoring/alerting
- Delivery skills: team planning, estimating work, applying software design strategy and methodology, test automation
- Problem solving and debugging skills
- Good communication skills
- Emerging leadership potential
