About the role
- Conduct presentations via Zoom to owners
- Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners
- Articulate the benefit of traveling with Travel + Leisure
- Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques
- Use company-provided, prequalified leads (No Cold Calling)
- Attend ongoing advanced sales and career training
- Participate in incentive competitions, recognition awards and rewards programs
- Work as part of the Virtual Sales Team based at the Orlando, FL sales office
Requirements
- 1-2 years of previous commission based sales experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Passion to support our company mission to put the world on vacation
- Internal drive to not only achieve but exceed sales goals
- Ability to overcome objections
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work in a goal and performance based environment
- Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid Florida Real Estate License
- Reliable, professional, sales minded and great on the phone
