About the role

  • Responsible for supporting strategic implementation and optimisation of paid digital efforts across various marketing channels
  • Support strategy implementation, optimisation, and execution of digital paid media programs
  • Build, launch, and implement campaign delivery across all applicable channels
  • Facilitate research and analysis for optimal media channel mix
  • Partner and collaborate with internal business teams to deploy and evolve program
  • Execute campaigns in Demand Side Platforms and paid social platforms
  • Build and foster strong relationships with media partners and vendors
  • Support routine campaign account audits
  • Work with internal teams to ensure creative assets meet best practices
  • Leverage marketing automation tools
  • Stay informed of industry regulations and compliance guidelines
  • Continuously monitor digital campaign performance results
  • Work closely with the analytics team to identify key drivers of engagement and conversion
  • Present key insights and findings to stakeholders
  • Create strong cross-functional relationships with peers in other business units

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, required
  • Google Ads Search and Microsoft Ads Search, required
  • Google Display and Video, required
  • Google Analytics, strongly preferred
  • Meta Certified Professional, preferred
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (strong aptitude in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Experience of execution of multi-lingual, multi-brand and multi-channel marketing services
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in paid search planning/strategy, social, digital media planning or buying, digital ad ops or trafficking, analytics, or digital campaign management.
  • 1+ years working with or for a digital marketing agency, a plus
  • Strong in-platform working knowledge and campaign management experience required across key digital platforms: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, etc.
  • Solid experience with Demand Side Platforms and digital ad server technology
