• You’ll lead a team of Data Engineers while remaining close to the technical detail, helping shape the way our warehouse and wider data platform evolves.
• A large part of the role will focus on designing and developing robust data models and pipelines within our Snowflake environment, ensuring the business has access to reliable, scalable and well-structured data.
• You’ll work across a broad range of complex datasets, partnering with teams across the business to understand challenges, improve solutions and influence technical direction.
• Alongside the hands-on technical leadership, you’ll mentor and support your team, helping create an environment focused on collaboration, engineering best practice and continuous improvement.
• You’ll also play an important role in shaping standards, challenging approaches where appropriate and balancing long-term technical quality with commercial priorities.

Performance Marketing

• Owning paid social activity across a portfolio of brands, with a strong focus on Meta platforms
• Planning, building and optimising campaigns to promote regions, property types and key booking periods
• Managing budgets across multiple campaigns, ensuring spend is aligned to performance and commercial targets
• Continuously analysing performance, identifying trends and using insights to improve results
• Developing and testing new ideas, audiences and creative approaches to drive growth

Payroll

• Processing monthly in‑house payroll for circa 850 employees
• Calculating pay adjustments for starters, leavers and shift changes
• Processing overtime, on‑call payments, bonuses and other pay elements
• Manually calculating and processing statutory payments including SSP, SMP and SPP
• Monitoring and responding to the payroll inbox, resolving queries in a timely manner
• Ensuring payroll data is accurate, compliant and processed on time
• Supporting the wider payroll team with day‑to‑day administration

• You’ll manage the day-to-day delivery of a programme of work, partnering closely with the Head of Programme and senior stakeholders across the business.
• You’ll help shape programme strategy, coordinate multiple initiatives and ensure delivery stays aligned to business objectives.
• Key responsibilities include: Managing and delivering a programme of change projects aligned to the business roadmap.
• Working with senior stakeholders to define programme strategy and communicate this clearly across the business.
• Ensuring solutions are cost-effective, efficient and deliver clear operational and commercial impact.
• Applying Travel Chapter programme delivery standards and suggesting areas for continuous improvement.

• Writing and regularly reviewing property descriptions to appeal to each property’s target audience

• Design, develop and maintain scalable Power BI and Fabric data models
• Use strong SQL to combine datasets from Snowflake and other sources
• Rebuild and restructure existing models
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and the evolving Fabric architecture
• Create compelling dashboards and visualisations
