About the role
- Design, develop, and regularly update training content for onboarding, process training, and sales enablement programs
- Plan and deliver onboarding and role-based training sessions
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify challenges and develop relevant content
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, manage training schedules and trackers
- Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and continuously improve content quality
Requirements
- Want to work in a Learning & Development / training role
- Have strong communication and presentation skills
- Have an eye for detail in content and processes
- Comfortable creating content (slides, docs, guides)
