Support Engineer

• Join Sales and Success calls to answer technical questions, assist with setup, and guide customers through complex implementations.
• Handle escalations from Sales, Success, and Support, including tickets, emails, calls, and screenshares.
• Troubleshoot advanced issues involving APIs, MSI deployments, networking, MDM configuration, and integrations.
• Provide clear and empathetic explanations that help customers understand solutions and next steps.
• Diagnose complex technical issues and determine root causes.
• Document findings, patterns, and solutions to improve internal knowledge and reduce repeat escalations.
• Assist large customers with onboarding, especially those with extensive user bases or advanced deployment needs.
• Help customers adopt features such as silent installation, Hubstaff’s API, tool integration, and payroll.
• Develop scalable onboarding content that simplifies adoption, shortens time to value, and decreases support demand from end users.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Success, Support, and Engineering to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent customer experiences.
• Contribute to internal tooling, documentation, and process improvements.

Product Manager

• Define and execute product strategy aligned with company goals and customer needs
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers
• Ensure deep customer understanding through discovery, research, and data
• Own and evolve outcome-driven product roadmaps
• Drive decisions tied to growth, adoption, retention, and expansion
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to inform product direction

• Manage inbound demo requests + free trial signups within your region.
• Self-source new business through outbound prospecting — this is a required skill, not optional.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline with disciplined qualification and forecasting.
• Deliver engaging, outcome-driven demos rooted in strong discovery and value framing.
• Solution-sell virtually to multi-stakeholder buying committees across Operations, HR, Finance, PMO, IT, and Executive teams.
• Multithread effectively and identify missing buyers early.
• Drive clear next steps, mutual action plans, and accurate timeline expectations.
• Map the buyer journey and guide prospects from problem awareness → solution fit → technical validation → commercial close.
• Maintain impeccable CRM accuracy in HubSpot — every deal should be transparent, inspectable, and forecastable.
• Leverage our demo playbook, qualification frameworks, and buyer journey mapping to keep deals moving forward.
• Share competitive intel, customer pain patterns, and product feedback with Sales, Marketing, and Product.
• Partner with SDRs and cross-functional teams to accelerate pipeline creation and deal velocity.
• Model best-in-class asynchronous communication in a global remote environment.
