About the role
- Assist with posting open positions on job boards and internal platforms
- Review candidate applications and help organize applicants for open positions
- Update candidate statuses within the applicant tracking system
- Support the HR team by coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews
- Organize and maintain tax rate notices and assist with updating tax rate records as directed
- Assist with employee engagement activities, including sending employee recognition messages such as birthdays, anniversaries, and supervisor-requested acknowledgments
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Age: 16 years or older at time of application
- Resume Required: Current resume must be submitted
- “About Me” Statement or Cover Letter: A brief statement outlining career interests, goals, and reasons for applying
- Must be an internal referral - applicant must be referred by a current Blue Star employee
