About the role

  • Assist with posting open positions on job boards and internal platforms
  • Review candidate applications and help organize applicants for open positions
  • Update candidate statuses within the applicant tracking system
  • Support the HR team by coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews
  • Organize and maintain tax rate notices and assist with updating tax rate records as directed
  • Assist with employee engagement activities, including sending employee recognition messages such as birthdays, anniversaries, and supervisor-requested acknowledgments
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum Age: 16 years or older at time of application
  • Resume Required: Current resume must be submitted
  • “About Me” Statement or Cover Letter: A brief statement outlining career interests, goals, and reasons for applying
  • Must be an internal referral - applicant must be referred by a current Blue Star employee
