• Support the CEO in preparing investor presentations, briefing notes, meeting materials and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate documents, requests, deadlines and open questions across investment-related workstreams.
• Prepare clear and accurate financial, commercial and market analysis using Excel and other tools.
• Turn complex information into concise, logically structured PowerPoint presentations.
• Research investors, markets, competitors and relevant industry developments.
• Check that figures, assumptions and messages are consistent across materials.
• Track actions arising from meetings and help ensure that commitments are followed through.

• Get deep into Passenger Assistance — navigate it, use it, understand the journeys that real passengers and rail staff experience.
• Produce explainer videos that communicate what the product does at a high level, clearly and without jargon.
• Record product walkthroughs of the key flows — the passenger booking experience, the staff app, the daily jobs view — so prospective clients can understand the product without a live demo.
• Create leave-behind assets that a sales champion can share with their leadership team without Transreport in the room.
• Work closely with the Product and Commercial team to understand what is landing, what is missing, and what to prioritise next.
• Use AI-first tools for video, voiceover, design, and copy — you choose the tools, we care about the output.
• Iterate based on feedback from real sales conversations.

Social Media Manager

• Support the management of the B2C social media channel in priority; B2B as a secondary focus
• Create and maintain the editorial calendar
• Plan content around company priorities, campaigns, events, product updates, and sector news
• Schedule and post content to help ensure regular, consistent social media output
• Monitor social media channels and support basic engagement where appropriate
• Maintain brand consistency across all social content
• Write clear, engaging and accessible copy
• Repurpose existing articles, case studies, reports, videos and internal updates into social content
• Create simple branded assets, including graphics, illustrations, copy based designs, photos and short videos
• Ensure copy and visuals reflect Transreport and Passenger Assistance tone of voice, accessibility standards and brand guidelines
