About the role
- Work as part of a well-regarded team delivering safe, efficient, and reliable rail network operations across the Country Regional Network (CRN)
- Ensure the integrity and performance of critical network control systems
- Provide expert technical support and guidance for the development, implementation, and maintenance of network management systems
- Lead configuration management, authentication, and logging services to ensure compliance with operational, regulatory, and safety requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to enhance system reliability, optimise performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Extensive experience in network engineering and management within rail
- Strong knowledge of network security, change management, and incident resolution
- Ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate across multiple stakeholders
- Degree in Engineering (or equivalent) and a valid Australian driver’s licence
