About the role

  • Work as part of the Enterprise Change Management (ECM) team within the Enterprise Transformation and Change branch
  • Drive change enablement and delivery for the Transport organisation
  • Lead end-to-end change delivery for major technology, systems and digital programs and projects enterprise-wide
  • Apply best practice methodologies to ensure successful adoption of initiatives
  • Partner with stakeholders and clients to shape change strategies
  • Manage resources and deliver impactful communication and engagement plans
  • Contribute to building our Centre of Excellence and Change Resource Hub
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to enhance capability and foster a culture of continuous learning

Requirements

  • Solid experience in transformational technology change management
  • Extensive experience in managing at scale, end-to-end transformational technology projects
  • Stakeholder engagement and communications
  • Proven success in delivering large scale transformation technology initiatives
  • Strong coaching and facilitation skills
  • Proven ability to mentor and build capability
  • Tertiary qualifications in change management, organisational psychology, organisational development, business, human resources or related discipline
  • Professional change management certification (e.g. Prosci, Change Management Institute Accreditation, or equivalent)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (including PowerPoint)
