About the role

  • Join the Enterprise Change Management (ECM) team to lead the change practice function
  • Drive strategic change initiatives and capability uplift across the enterprise
  • Build and embed internal and enterprise-wide change management capability
  • Serve as the primary gateway for change support
  • Oversee the development of the enterprise change heatmap
  • Develop and implement change management approaches
  • Lead and manage the Community of Practice (CoP) and Centre of Excellence (COE) for change management

Requirements

  • Experienced, driven, and customer-centric change professional
  • Track record delivering large-scale transformational programs
  • Demonstrated experience in the development and management of a change management Centre of Excellence and Community of Practice
  • Extensive change management experience, including designing and implementing change capability frameworks, learning materials, and programs
  • Providing coaching and learning support to executives, senior leaders, and teams
  • Strong background in enterprise change reporting, heat mapping, and change resource mapping
  • Advanced coaching and facilitation skills
  • Experience in delivering a range of engagement activities such as workshops, training sessions, brainstorming, feedback forums, and team-building initiatives
  • Executive-level stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leading change programs in high-reliability or high-risk environments
