About the role
- Join the Enterprise Change Management (ECM) team to lead the change practice function
- Drive strategic change initiatives and capability uplift across the enterprise
- Build and embed internal and enterprise-wide change management capability
- Serve as the primary gateway for change support
- Oversee the development of the enterprise change heatmap
- Develop and implement change management approaches
- Lead and manage the Community of Practice (CoP) and Centre of Excellence (COE) for change management
Requirements
- Experienced, driven, and customer-centric change professional
- Track record delivering large-scale transformational programs
- Demonstrated experience in the development and management of a change management Centre of Excellence and Community of Practice
- Extensive change management experience, including designing and implementing change capability frameworks, learning materials, and programs
- Providing coaching and learning support to executives, senior leaders, and teams
- Strong background in enterprise change reporting, heat mapping, and change resource mapping
- Advanced coaching and facilitation skills
- Experience in delivering a range of engagement activities such as workshops, training sessions, brainstorming, feedback forums, and team-building initiatives
- Executive-level stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading change programs in high-reliability or high-risk environments
