About the role
- Work as part of a collaborative People and Culture team
- Deliver effective employee and industrial relations support
- Contribute to the employee relations strategy
- Resolve workplace issues and support organisational change
- Provide informed, timely advice to leaders and employees
- Assist in workforce data analysis and monitor trends
- Prepare documentation for tribunals when required
Requirements
- Strong grounding in employment and industrial relations
- Relevant professional experience or tertiary qualifications
- Ability to interpret industrial instruments and apply HR policies
- Experience working with Enterprise Agreements and navigating workplace disputes
- Support for leaders through performance, conduct, and change processes
- Well-developed communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accuracy under pressure
