About the role

  • Provide energy management and energy infrastructure expertise to various energy, electrification, and/or decarbonisation projects
  • Act as a conduit between project stakeholders, the Energy Management team at Transport for NSW, and other stakeholders across NSW Government or industry to ensure strategic alignment
  • Ensure value for money outcomes are achieved

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience
  • Sound knowledge and experience in the provision of energy infrastructure such as decarbonisation, energy efficiency, battery energy storage, solar PV, or electric vehicle charging projects
  • Working knowledge of the Australian energy markets – particularly electricity distribution networks – and the energy management industry
  • Ability to provide advice on the management of technical risk in energy infrastructure projects
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where delivery on tight deadlines is critical
  • Strong relationships, collaboration and communication skills to drive business outcomes
