- Oversee RFP and business case process for securing solutions
- Manage performance, compliance and resilience of digital records systems
- Guide improvements, integrations and upgrades
- Explore opportunities with new and emerging technologies, including AI and Microsoft Purview
- Lead a small team to deliver reliable, user-focused records services
Requirements
- Deep experience in digital records systems
- Experience in enterprise information management and technology-supported governance
- Ability to navigate complex organisations and records systems
- Strong communication skills
- Tech savvy and capable of translating technical concepts into practical solutions
- Leadership skills for coaching, mentoring, and team development
