About the role
- Provide specialist property advice
- Manage various land, property transactions and acquisitions
- Support Sydney Metro's Property & Place objectives
- Manage property transactions including freehold, leasehold and related matters
- Handle commercial negotiations and work with external service providers
Requirements
- Experienced Property professional
- Knowledge of NSW Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act 1991
- Experience in property transactions and acquisitions
- Strong understanding of conveyance process
- Experience in commercial negotiations with stakeholders
- Professional membership with Australian real estate body is highly regarded.
