About the role
- Responsible for day to day operation of a station under the control of the Area Customer Service Manager or Station Manager
- Efficient and effective management of the station, staff and facilities
- Delivery of customer service, on time running, and safety of customers
- Deal with challenging situations requiring analytical and critical decision making

- Previous experience as a collaborative solution focused individual
- Confident managing a dynamic team in a high-pressure operational environment
- Willingness to teach, inspire and motivate the team you lead
- Customer service advocate with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Resilient, approachable, and analytical
- Ability to think on your feet and make safety-focused decisions independently and as part of a team
