About the role
- Play a critical leadership role in developing and delivering strategic frameworks, initiatives and operating models
- Focus on improving business process and asset management requirements
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic frameworks, initiatives and operating models
- Support asset owners, custodians, and functional coordinators in the delivery of life cycle asset management
- Facilitate integration of business process and uplifted asset handover requirements
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify areas of continuous improvement
Requirements
- Strategic and collaborative leader
- Strong understanding of service delivery, life cycle asset management, asset information, asset assurance and customer experience
- Experience developing and implementing frameworks, operating models, business processes or governance arrangements
- Experience in asset-intensive infrastructure or government environment, ideally in multi-modal transport
