About the role
- Working as part of a team delivering safe, reliable, customer‑focused station operations across multiple Blue Mountains locations
- Supporting Duty Managers and station staff to keep services running smoothly
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations across various stations
- Coordinating operations, staffing, facilities and maintenance activity
- Rostering oversight, customer service, and special events
- Lead operational delivery and build efficient ways of working
- Responding to unexpected events and balancing competing priorities, keeping safety and customers at the centre
Requirements
- Your frontline leadership skills, formed across transport, aviation, customer service or other operational industries
- Work independently across multiple stations
- Solve operational challenges confidently
- Support station staff to deliver strong customer outcomes
- Self‑motivated and solutions‑focused
- Skilled at negotiating with internal and external stakeholders
