About the role
- Join a team as the Senior Manager with direct input and influence with the Senior Leadership team and report directly to the Executive Director
- Manage a team of Health and Safety practitioners tasked with the development and implementation of innovative safety initiatives across our organisation
- Oversee and implement safety policies, protocols and procedures, maintain accurate records and facilitates training in compliance with NSW State Government regulations
- Work closely with senior leaders to embed safety into every aspect of our operations, champion continuous improvement, and influence behavioural change

- Proven experience in safety strategy and cultural transformation
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Ability to influence at all levels and drive meaningful change
