• Manage the end-to-end payroll processes for employees in North America
• Ensure payroll is submitted accurately and on time
• Perform all start-of-year and year-end tasks
• Prepare reports related to payroll and payroll-related expenses
• Reconcile absence data with payroll records
• Prepare and submit remittances and government-related payroll and tax requirements
• Manage benefit administration for employees in Canada
• Review invoices related to payroll and benefit charges
• Assist in validating payroll entries for employees in EMEA and APAC
• Ensure payroll processes align to local employment legislation and policies
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries and maintain compliance with government regulations

Payroll Administrator

Administration

• Act as a key connection between customers, APAC sales team, and Bangalore office
• Support the sales cycle focusing on order processing and renewals
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office and vendor operations
• Manage administrative operations for office functioning
• Handle document management and correspondence
• Assist with onboarding documentation for new employees
• Monitor and maintain office supplies and inventory

Administrator

Executive Assistant

• Organizing and coordinating appointments, Board meetings and other engagements
• Coordinating, gathering, and tracking updates from executives and other leaders on projects and key deliverables
• Preparing status reports and dashboards for the CEO, flagging any potential issues
• Drafting communications, reports, and presentations
• Creating agendas and taking minutes at meetings, distributing these, and following up on any action items
• Conducting research and analyzing information/data to help inform the CEO’s decision making
• Anticipating the CEO's needs and serving as a trusted resource
• Handling sensitive information and communications with discretion and professionalism
• Providing general administrative support
• Planning and coordinating events, meetings, and social activities as required

Accountant

• Perform overall accounting functions for our NL subsidiary
• Provide back-up accounting support for other subsidiaries in EMEA
• Responsible for Accounts Payable tasks including posting of invoices received into Business Central
• Set-up payments of invoices due, including via SEPA and other online payment processes
• Assist with credit card expense verifications and personal expense claims
• Perform weekly collections on past due customers
• Prepare and distribute monthly AR reports
• Assist with auditors’ requests
• Perform monthly inter-company transactions
• Assist with annual audit preparation
• Perform monthly bank account reconciliations
• Responsible for any regulatory and/or government filings
• Reconcile monthly general ledger accounts
• Perform monthly payroll related payments
• Support manager with implementing process improvements
• Perform other tasks and projects as assigned
