Accounting Manager

• Lead preparation and review of financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
• Supervise and participate in the preparation of various financial statements and reports, ensuring the integrity and quality of financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
• Oversee month-end close functions, including the maintenance of general ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue, depreciation, cost, property, and borrowings.
• Oversee the accounting for renewable energy tax credits (ITCs/PTCs), ensuring precise tracking, recognition, and reporting of tax benefits provided to investors.
• Manage the full-cycle accounting operations for all Tax Equity Partnership and related entities, ensuring strict adherence to US GAAP and specific Partnership Agreements (LLCAs).
• Manage the partnership funding process, including coordinating capital calls, calculating distributions, and ensuring compliance with the Flip date conditions.
• Perform and oversee complex HLBV calculations to accurately allocate net income/loss and track equity balances between partners.

Director of Accounting

Engineer

• Lead and review technical documentation such as site studies, reports, permits, etc. as related to design, cost or schedule impact.
• Review technical components of project contracts (EPCA, Procurement Contracts, LTSA, PPA, IA, etc.).
• Develop specifications, contracts, and a document control structure to support existing projects and the future pipeline.
• Manage workflows of 3rd party Owner’s Engineers.
• Create, review, and maintain drawing packages, energy production models, bills of materials, scopes of work and other technical project documentation.
• Manage the technical needs in all stages of project development and design, including conceptual and advanced system design, observing regulatory codes as well as customer requirements, specify balance of systems, perform site visits, coordinate needs for the permitting and technical support during the construction phase.
• Implement external resources such as structural, civil and electrical engineer consultants, geotechnical and topographic surveyors, other specialized professionals as needed and suppliers.
• Review conceptual design for ESS and solar projects including selection of major components, equipment layouts, single-line diagrams, etc.
• Prepare bid packages for contractors including scope of work, schedule, project description, and conceptual design.
• Lead the technical tasks in preparation of EPC agreement, Exhibits, and the review of potential project acquisition opportunities.
• Lead and supervise in the field with site visits as needed, testing, commissioning and start-up of constructed power plants.
• In collaboration with other team members, contribute to the completion of proposals to design and deliver BESS and solar projects.
• Work with O&M provider and be responsible for technical requirements of battery and solar performance.
• Work with O&M and optimizer partners to track, monitor, and coordinate with Asset Management Team to enhance performance of battery and solar resources.
• Act as the primary point of contact with equipment vendors.
• Maintain continuous improvements in project designs, plans, processes and product development.
• Lead and supervise as needed, testing, operating and maintenance for asset.
• Manage the technical obligations according to PPA.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for subject matter expertise and project risk reduction.
• Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned.

Senior Project Engineer

• Lead preparation and review of financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
• Supervise and participate in the preparation of various financial statements and reports, ensuring the integrity and quality of financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
• Oversee month-end close functions, including the maintenance of general ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue, depreciation, cost, property, and borrowings.
• Oversee the financial integration process following the merger of the G&ES business unit into TGE.
• Oversee the accounting for renewable energy tax credits (ITCs/PTCs), ensuring precise tracking, recognition, and reporting of tax benefits provided to investors.
• Manage the full-cycle accounting operations for all Tax Equity Partnership and related entities, ensuring strict adherence to US GAAP and specific Partnership Agreements (LLCAs).
• Manage the partnership funding process, including coordinating capital calls, calculating distributions, and ensuring compliance with the Flip date conditions.
• Perform and oversee complex HLBV calculations to accurately allocate net income/loss and track equity balances between partners.

Senior Accounting Manager

Project Manager

• Provide updates and help manage the Project and Cost Management tools and processes for TGE’s portfolio.
• Support in data collection, inquiries and reviews of the EPC Schedule of Values and project completion percentages and compare against the internal TGE budgets.
• Aid in coordination of stake holder meetings; maintain full understanding of compliance and deliverables for assigned projects.
• Review monthly progress reports from the EPC which are required to be submitted to the offtakers or any other 3rd parties related to the projects.
• Provide updates and help manage the Project and Cost Management tools and processes for TGE’s portfolio.
• Support project milestones tracking and help enforce the delivery of the project schedule from the EPC.
• Support in data collection, inquiries and reviews of the EPC Schedule of Values and project completion percentages and compare against the internal TGE budgets.
• Ensure all contractual obligations and timelines are met in accordance with the Interconnection Agreement (IA), Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), Interconnecting Utility Requirements / Guidelines, Financing Partners, etc.
• Support in the preparation of the project contracts (EPC, Independent Engineer, Owner’s Engineer, etc.) assisted by legal counsel, Project Engineering, and Contract Managers.
• Review and support all project contract evaluations, ensuring compliance with documentation submittals is maintained through the full life-cycle (EPCA, LTSA, Owner’s Engineer, Independent Engineer, etc.).
• Review monthly progress reports from the EPC which are required to be submitted to the offtakers or any other 3rd parties related to the projects.
• Communicate and track documentation requirements from all vendors and subcontractors.
• Interface with stakeholders on all project related issues.
• Gather project documentation updates for monthly project submittals to the IE relating to lender requirements.
• Support in gathering background information for the weekly internal project meetings.
• Prepare meeting agendas and capture meeting minutes.
• When required, fill in for the Sr. Project Manager on internal meetings.
• As required, review project cashflows and validate percent complete in relation to construction status.
• Support the Sr. Project Manager in holding the construction site team accountable.
• Create folders and maintain the project files including budget, comprehensive project schedule, risk management, potential change orders, and contingency.
• Travel to project sites as needed.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
