About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead development execution for assigned projects from intake through EPC readiness
Define and execute project development strategies, including risk identification and mitigation
Advance and secure site control, interconnection agreements, and permitting approvals
Integrate technical solutions into executable development plans
Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders
Drive go/no-go recommendations
Prepare projects for EPC handoff and maintain continuity through COD

Requirements

What you’ll need

7-12 years of experience in BESS, renewables, or data center development
Experience developing BTM energy systems, microgrids, or DER-integrated projects preferred
Strong knowledge of interconnection processes, permitting, and site control
Familiarity with data center or large-load development preferred
Experience managing cross-functional teams and external consultants
Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules, budgets, and risk frameworks.
