About the role
- Oversee and manage client projects from inception to completion as a member of the Implementation team in the Client Services Department.
- Perform project management and data mapping to ensure accurate and efficient data integration and transformation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Handle technical tasks such as data mapping, aligning client data with system requirements, and ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
- Create detailed project plans to achieve client objectives, outlining specific goals, milestones, and deadlines.
- Evaluate overall status of assigned projects, identify risks or obstacles, and escalate significant concerns promptly; develop and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage coordination of software installation between clients and internal installation teams.
- Facilitate online and onsite training sessions between Transfinder’s Training team and clients.
- Provide hands-on software support and data analysis during the implementation period, including troubleshooting when necessary.
- Maintain thorough, precise documentation of all project activities, including tracking time in a CRM system.
- Engage with clients to ensure projects remain aligned with project plans, seek feedback, and advocate for client needs to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales and Support teams to provide status updates on open projects.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- 3+ years of experience in a related position, such as Software Implementation/Support, Project Management, or Application Analysis.
- Proven track record of defining, executing, monitoring, and completing projects.
- Demonstrated experience with web-based applications is preferred.
- Project management certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Ability to travel to client sites and conferences as needed.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
