About the role
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key partners
- Develop and execute the Trusted Partner Ecosystem strategy aligned to corporate and solutions roadmaps
- Define, measure, and achieve performance goals associated with the TPE, including partner satisfaction, revenue growth, utilization, and outcomes
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new partnership opportunities and emerging solution categories
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Consulting teams to drive Trusted Partner unit sales and growth opportunities, including building direct relationships with select customers and advisors
- Collaborate with Marketing to elevate the Trusted Partner Ecosystem brand presence and generate pipeline (webinars, conferences, thought leadership, campaigns)
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Clinical Operations, and Product to improve member engagement and utilization strategies
- Partner with Product & Technology to align on integration priorities (e.g., SSO, data exchange, reporting, outreach workflows) to drive incremental utilization and customer satisfaction
- Provide strategic input on new capabilities and partnership expansion opportunities aligned with enterprise strategy
- Oversee contract negotiations and partner agreements in collaboration with Legal; ensure effective contract execution and compliance
- Partner with Finance to support revenue forecasting, revenue recognition, and financial performance of the TPE program
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to ensure accurate bookings and utilization assumptions
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to inform strategic positioning
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in healthcare, benefits, or related industry; experience in channel partnerships or platform-based ecosystems preferred
- 5+ years of people leadership experience, including leading cross-functional or distributed teams
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
- Strong understanding of solution categories within the healthcare and employer benefits ecosystem
- Experience supporting enterprise, mid-market, and/or channel sales models
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive-level stakeholders internally and externally
- Proven experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives
- Experience negotiating and managing complex contracts and partnerships
- Strong financial and operational acumen, including revenue forecasting and performance tracking
- Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to identify business risks and proactively drive resolution
- Comfort working in a dynamic, growth-oriented organization
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Experience in account management, partnerships, or sales leadership preferred
