💰 $105,000 - $125,000 per year
About the role
- Create and maintain meaningful and relevant experiences across digital properties with a focus on one or more areas including UX design, UX research, UX production, and website management
- Enhance user experiences to achieve evolving business goals with innovative digital solutions
- Use advanced knowledge of assigned focus area to facilitate the use of digital properties across an extensive portfolio
- Lead the execution of digital product roadmaps, initiatives, and large-scale projects
- Collaborate with groups in technology, customer experience, innovation, visual design, branding and business operations to establish practices for designing positive end-to-end experiences at all user touch points
- Partner with functional areas such as technology, legal and compliance, customer experience, innovation, thought leadership and business operations to ensure best practices are followed
- Mentor team members
- Keep up-to-date on digital technologies
- May have direct reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
- Eight years of experience in the digital space
- Thorough knowledge of user centered design and digital technologies relevant to assigned focus area
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills engage and influence partners and stakeholders
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex assignments
