• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct high-volume initial phone and video interviews.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit for the role.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear recommendations.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
• Proactively engage passive candidates and build relationships with prospective hires.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Ensure candidates receive a professional, responsive, and positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
• Manage job postings and ensure openings remain current across recruiting platform.
• Keep recruiting workflows organized and moving efficiently.
• Follow up consistently with candidates and hiring managers to maintain momentum throughout the hiring process.
• Support recruiting reporting and pipeline management.
• Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and efficiency.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Maintain a high level of organization across multiple open positions simultaneously.
