About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct high-volume initial phone and video interviews.
Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit for the role.
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear recommendations.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
Proactively engage passive candidates and build relationships with prospective hires.
Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Ensure candidates receive a professional, responsive, and positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
Manage job postings and ensure openings remain current across recruiting platform.
Keep recruiting workflows organized and moving efficiently.
Follow up consistently with candidates and hiring managers to maintain momentum throughout the hiring process.
Support recruiting reporting and pipeline management.
Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and efficiency.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
Maintain a high level of organization across multiple open positions simultaneously.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Strong communicator who enjoys building relationships with candidates.
Comfortable conducting multiple candidate interviews each day.
Able to manage competing priorities and multiple open positions simultaneously.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Comfortable sourcing candidates and proactively reaching out to passive talent.
Experienced with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools.
1-3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or recruiting coordination experience.
Experience sourcing and recruiting for sales, customer service, operations, or corporate roles is preferred.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Naturally curious and skilled at asking the right questions to assess candidate fit.
