About the role
- Define content strategy: Conceive and deploy a high-impact social media content strategy to boost awareness, engagement and conversion for our brands.
- Coordinate the team: Lead and support Community Managers to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of the strategy across all platforms.
- Optimize performance: Monitor and improve social media results, with a focus on organic growth and community retention.
- Create impactful campaigns: Design, oversee, and refine social campaigns that capture attention and generate engagement.
- Analyze and adjust: Track KPIs, produce clear reports, and identify opportunities to refine strategies and maximize impact.
- Stay on top of trends: Monitor trends, competitors and best practices so our brands always stay ahead.
Requirements
- You have at least 6 years of experience in Social Media and are highly skilled in community management and content creation across multiple platforms.
- You have solid experience in team management and know how to motivate and develop your colleagues.
- You are passionate about social media, creative, innovative and strategic, able to combine storytelling, new formats and business objectives.
- You are proficient with TikTok, Instagram and other key platforms, and can adapt your messaging to each audience.
- You are comfortable analyzing performance and can turn data into concrete actions.
- You can manage multiple projects in parallel, work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and are proactive in proposing ideas.
- You are motivated by building an ambitious project in sports and nutrition.
- You live in the Alpes-Maritimes (06) or are willing to relocate there ☀️
