About the role

  • Define content strategy: Conceive and deploy a high-impact social media content strategy to boost awareness, engagement and conversion for our brands.
  • Coordinate the team: Lead and support Community Managers to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of the strategy across all platforms.
  • Optimize performance: Monitor and improve social media results, with a focus on organic growth and community retention.
  • Create impactful campaigns: Design, oversee, and refine social campaigns that capture attention and generate engagement.
  • Analyze and adjust: Track KPIs, produce clear reports, and identify opportunities to refine strategies and maximize impact.
  • Stay on top of trends: Monitor trends, competitors and best practices so our brands always stay ahead.

Requirements

  • You have at least 6 years of experience in Social Media and are highly skilled in community management and content creation across multiple platforms.
  • You have solid experience in team management and know how to motivate and develop your colleagues.
  • You are passionate about social media, creative, innovative and strategic, able to combine storytelling, new formats and business objectives.
  • You are proficient with TikTok, Instagram and other key platforms, and can adapt your messaging to each audience.
  • You are comfortable analyzing performance and can turn data into concrete actions.
  • You can manage multiple projects in parallel, work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and are proactive in proposing ideas.
  • You are motivated by building an ambitious project in sports and nutrition.
  • You live in the Alpes-Maritimes (06) or are willing to relocate there ☀️
